When you use Sales Wizard, we may collect the following information:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and profile details provided through Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email registration.
  • Audio recordings: Sales call recordings you choose to record within the app for coaching analysis.
  • Transcripts: Text transcriptions generated from your recordings or pasted directly into the app.
  • Usage data: App interaction data, session scores, and coaching metrics to improve your experience.
  • Organization data: Team and organization information if you use our team management features.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide AI-powered sales coaching analysis and feedback.
  • Transcribe and analyze your sales call recordings.
  • Generate performance metrics, dashboards, and coaching recommendations.
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
  • Improve and optimize our services.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Audio recordings are processed on-device where possible. Cloud data is stored via Supabase with row-level security policies to ensure only you and your authorized team members can access your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Sales Wizard:

  • Google Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Apple Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: For backend data storage and authentication.
  • Anthropic (Claude): For AI-powered transcript analysis and coaching. See Section 5 below for full details on what data is shared and how it is protected.

5. AI Data Sharing & Third-Party Processing

Sales Wizard uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to analyze your sales call transcripts and provide coaching feedback. Below is a detailed description of what data is shared, how it is used, and how it is protected.

What data is sent to Anthropic

  • Call transcripts (text only, not audio recordings).
  • Optional call context you provide, such as prospect name and company name.
  • AI analysis results and conversation history when using the Sales Coach chat feature.

What data is NOT sent

  • Your email address or account credentials.
  • Audio recordings (these remain on your device).
  • Payment or billing information.

How Anthropic handles your data

  • Anthropic does not use data sent via their API to train or improve AI models.
  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
  • Anthropic's data handling practices are described in Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Your consent and control

Before any data is sent to Anthropic for the first time, the app presents a Data & Privacy disclosure screen explaining what data will be shared and asks for your explicit permission. You can revoke this consent at any time in the app's Settings under "AI Data Sharing." When AI analysis is disabled, no transcript data is sent to Anthropic.

6. Other Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third-party services as described above, and with your authorized team members within your organization if you use team features.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and download your personal data.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Opt out of non-essential data collection.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
