Who we are.
Sales Wizard was started by Ryan Krane and Steven Krane, who watched too many friends running in-home sales companies trade their weekends for ride-alongs. The job is impossible at scale: a manager can't actually sit in on every appointment, so coaching becomes a guess.
We built the tool we wanted them to have. Reps record every appointment from the iPhone in their pocket. The dashboard grades each one against the company's sales process. Owners and managers see exactly who needs help, on what, and where to look in the recording to coach it.
Today Sales Wizard is live with in-home sales teams across alarm and security, with more verticals onboarding through the spring.
